1. Agreement
By accessing aguwana.com or engaging AGUWANA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. AGUWANA reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
AGUWANA provides digital product development services including landing pages, WordPress websites, custom web applications, MVP builds, and Care Plan retainers. Scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined in a written proposal agreed upon before work commences.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Balance is due on delivery. All prices are fixed per project in the quoted currency (IDR, AUD, or SGD). Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced. Care Plan retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. AGUWANA retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback, supply necessary assets on time, and ensure rights to any content provided to AGUWANA. Delays caused by late client feedback may result in revised timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
AGUWANA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
