Villa Taman Sari needed to break free from third-party booking platforms that were eating 15–20% commission on every reservation. We built a fully custom booking system that gave them direct booking capability, a clean guest-facing experience, and complete control over availability.
The Challenge
The existing setup relied entirely on Airbnb and Booking.com, meaning the villa had no direct relationship with guests, no mailing list, and no margin left after commissions.

Results
Direct bookings increased from 0% to 38% of total reservations within 3 months. Commission savings covered the entire project cost in under 90 days.
